EM/F-12 is a widely used basal medium for supporting the growth of many different mammalian cells. Cells such as MDCK, glial cells, fibroblasts, human endothelial cells, as well as mouse fibroblasts grow well in DMEM / F12 medium. s. This product (BI-1011) is DMEM/Nutrient Mixture F-12 with Glutamax/L-Glutamine, To better maintain the physiological pH at different concentrations of carbon dioxide, HEPES (hydroxyl-piperazine ethane sulfonic acid) solution was added to the medium as a zoetronic chemical buffering agent.
